I doubt that I am the only one who needs to hear this. So I felt I would share with everyone who cares to read…
“When I created the universe, all I did was speak. When I created you, I literally put my hands to the plow and went to work. Your shortcomings don’t surprise Me, your anger doesn’t scare Me and your fears are not out of My reach. I am not shocked by where you are on your journey – it’s actually a pretty good place to be.
“I am not all that concerned with you outwardly. But inwardly, beyond the anger and hurt, you have a lot of heart. The hard part for you has become getting your heart out of you so the rest of the world can experience it. I want control of your heart. Remember, it is the center of your being; everything flows from it, your mind is controlled by it and it obviously impacts your health. That is the primary part of you that I want. But you need to trust Me with it – you need to trust that I won’t damage it like others have.
“Once I have it, nothing will be impossible for Me to do through you. From your heart springs love. And everything, whether it be preaching, healing, prophecy, helping others, being a father, husband or changing the world, has to be motivated by love. If not, it’s all worthless and powerless. If I have your heart, your motives will never be questioned. In fact, you will be drawn – even compelled – to do good and obey Me. People will be drawn to you because of Me.
“There are no limits – only the ones you put on yourself. Give Me your heart and I’ll break the lies, cast out the fear and remove the doubt. You will be emboldened to step out and go wherever I send you and do whatever I ask you. You know the amazing things I have spoken to you in the past – they don’t need to be repeated. They have been planted in you like a seed. And I will do everything I said I would.
“All I ask for is your heart.”
